Desmond Hotel Malvern, a DoubleTree by Hilton

I had my wedding reception here on 9.27.25 and it was the greatest day of my life. The Desmond, Kevin, Mary, and Andy all were so phenomenal. They took pretty much everything they could out of my hands and made planning our reception so easy. The wedding day itself ran so smoothly, like a well oiled machine. They say your wedding day will never be perfect, something will always go wrong. Not at the Desmond. Not a single thing went wrong (at least not that I knew about or could tell). The food and atmosphere were to die for. We got so many compliments on our day saying it was the best wedding our guests had ever been to. Thank you so much to Kevin, Mary, Andy, and the whole team at the Desmond for making our wedding the best day ever! 1000000/10 recommend having your wedding here!

We had a nice stay here - standard rooms but ours didn't have a mini fridge which would have been nice. The staff were helpful and we asked for the free warm cookies every single day as a little treat. During our weekend stay we saw at least 2 - 3 weddings/events always listed on the board so seems like a popular venue.

I’ve been coming to this hotel on Black Friday with my three children for the past five years. It’s sort of a personal celebration for myself. Five years ago I needed a safe haven for me and the kids. It was during Covid and I searched for a hotel with an open pool near me and this is what I found. I’m so glad that I did. And we have come back here every year since. While the kids don’t know what my personal celebration is, they are extremely excited for every year to come around so they can swim, watch TV in the super comfortable hotel beds and Saturday morning Get a delicious breakfast from the fork and knife. And they also love catching the tail end of the pumpkin carving/decorating contest. Thank you to the staff, that I’ve seen every year for the past five years and for creating a safe place for me and my children A+

Went here for Thanksgiving Buffet, as a party of ten. Food was excellent, service was great. Wide selection of traditional Thanksgiving dishes, sides and deserts. Also soups, salads, breads and seafood. Even a kid friendly (and sized) Buffet. Recommend their buffet for any occasion.

Really enjoyed my stay. I love how historical this hotel looks, not your typical doubletree! Steak in the restaurant was good and staff are all friendly. Thank you for a good stay. Frank

This Hilton property is phenomenal! Immediately upon entry, we were welcomed, and greeted. Was very thankful for my Hilton Status, and of course offered warm fresh cookies. Was asked numerous times if there was anything additional they could’ve done for me. Mrs Kay at the from desk let her true hospitality show! The room wasn’t as updated and tech savvy as I had expected, but the waitstaff and management running the restaurant was super courteous and also went above and beyond. Zero issues and would recommend this property anytime!! Thank you

The Desmond Hotel has become one of my go-to spots. I’ve brought clients and friends here for lunch countless times since it’s right near my home office, and every visit is a great experience. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and the food never misses—it’s always fresh and delicious, with no long waits. A few years back, my sister had her wedding reception here, and it couldn’t have gone better. I stayed overnight and really enjoyed the room—comfortable, clean, and quiet. It’s such a convenient spot, and I always look forward to coming back.

Got a king bed room on the third floor. The 4 poster bed was beautiful and comfy. Bathroom was small, but had good counter space. No overhead lighting. The ball room and event space was very nice.
